All Neptune’s products are made to order by craftsmen here in the UK. We have highly skilled craftsman of many years experience in the field of casting and working with bronze.

To secure your order you will need to place a 30% deposit of the total finished cost. We will then start your order. Each bath has a six - eight week manufacture time and once we receive your deposit we will inform you of the estimated completion date. All work stages will be made clear and we will inform you of the progress of each stage of manufacture.

All pieces will be individually marked with its unique serial number, date of manufacture and Neptune Designs logo on the underside. All pieces will be crated for delivery which can be the UK or worldwide.
